Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing exceptional guest relations from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS , ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing openTable reservations for efficient seating management Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and sanitation standards throughout all service activities Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast , and OpenTable reservation platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that engages guests positively Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and guest relations professionals Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Previous experience in serving or host/hostess roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us to deliver outstanding service in a lively atmosphere where your passion for food and guest satisfaction makes every moment special!
