In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, but will train Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Knowledge of the food industry including menu offerings, wine pairings, and upselling techniques is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
