Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, utilizing your knowledge of the menu. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment to support overall restaurant operations. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering positive guest relations in various settings including fine dining or nightclub environments. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles with a strong foundation in customer service and guest relations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and cash handling. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance. Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is a plus for adapting to different service styles.
