In this energetic role, you will assist servers and kitchen staff by preparing tables, handling food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist servers with food delivery, refilling beverages, and clearing tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, plating, and portioning as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing service stations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and payments accurately Help set up and break down banquet or catering events, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-stocked Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to hygiene protocols Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to customer needs and maintaining positive communication Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, bussing, and food handling is advantageous Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros enhances efficiency in order processing Banquet or catering experience is a plus for supporting large events Knowledge of dietary accommodations, food safety practices, and knife skills is beneficial Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team are essential for success in this energetic role Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your proactive attitude and dedication make every guest's experience memorable!
