Server/Cashier

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Process payments efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with precision and integrity Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food handling, food preparation, and sanitation to ensure compliance with food safety standards Clear tables promptly, bus dishes, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple responsibilities efficiently Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles demonstrates strong guest relations skills Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is essential for maintaining health standards Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end Culinary or kitchen experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory; a willingness to learn is valued highly Join us in creating vibrant dining experiences where hospitality meets excellence!
