We also have openings at Applewood Centers 3518 W 25th St, Cleveland, OH 44109 Job Summary We're looking for a couple friendly and motivated Prep/Servers to join our culinary team. This role is all about helping us deliver delicious, high-quality meals in a lively, fast-paced environment. You'll be involved in food preparation, cooking, and serving, making sure our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, enjoys teamwork, and is eager to learn new skills. Responsibilities Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking menu items following established recipes and standards. Support food presentation by plating dishes attractively and efficiently. Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and serving areas, including proper food handling and storage. Serve meals to guests with friendly, professional service while accommodating dietary needs or restrictions. Participate in meal prep activities such as chopping, portioning, and assembling dishes for service or catering events. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of quality food and excellent customer service. Requirements Experience in food service, restaurant work, or catering is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques, knife skills, and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Familiarity with dietary considerations and menu planning is a plus. A positive attitude with a team-oriented approach focused on delivering exceptional service.
