We have a restaurant, bar and arcade that has video games as well as bowling lanes. We host live bands on the weekends and always have something exciting going on! We are open Wednesday-Sunday. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Assist with food preparation and handling as needed

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
• Familiarity with

systems is beneficial
