We are a fast-paced, community-focused cafe located in the heart of Dayton. We're seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional food and customer service with a HUGE focus on giving the coziest Hospitality vibes.
- Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and beverages.
- Upselling products and making personalized recommendations.
- Answering phones and accurately assisting with to-go orders.
- Handling a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a calm and efficient demeanor.
- Working collaboratively with the entire team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
