Part-Time Cafe Server

You will:

Greet guests warmly as they are seated Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally Ensure every guest receives an exceptional café experience Address guest concerns with professionalism and care Thank guests and leave them with a great final impression Assist with rearranging tables for group seating as needed Participate in team and 50 North meetings What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who brings both skill and personality to the role: Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Clear communicator who enjoys working with people Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment Problem-solving mindset and team-first approach Prior restaurant or service experience preferred (not required) High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment Ability to carry a tray with food and drinks At 50 North, you're more than an employee—you're part of a team that values connection, service, and community.
