Job Summary $8 per hour + 100% Tips! We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food and beverage team! As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Provide expert recommendations on wine, cocktails, and menu items to increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work station Manage cash handling, process payments accurately through POS systems, and provide correct change or receipts Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and ensuring cleanliness of tables and service areas Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly during busy hours, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a memorable dining experience in both fine dining settings and lively nightlife environments such as nightclubs Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred; experience with fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Proven ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy shifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is advantageous but not required Serving or host/hostess experience that demonstrates guest relations expertise is highly valued Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment!
