Duties Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing under supervision. Support servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs promptly. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special dietary accommodations to answer guest questions confidently. Follow all food safety protocols during handling, serving, and cleaning processes to ensure guest safety. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required, supporting smooth service flow. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key. Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and basic kitchen operations enhances your effectiveness in this role. Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus but training will be provided. Exposure to banquet or hotel service settings can be advantageous for understanding diverse guest needs. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and providing excellent guest service.
