Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks with precision, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating versatility in food industry operations Skills Proven experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a bustling environment Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices in a fine dining or food service setting Experience working in upscale restaurants or nightclubs is desirable; background in serving or host/host roles is advantageous Basic math skills for order calculations, billing, and inventory management Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit special!
