The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using Aloha POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
