Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with enthusiasm and detailed descriptions of dishes and specials Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, clear dishes, bussing tables efficiently, and assist with food preparation when needed Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Proven experience as a restaurant server in a fine dining or upscale environment with a strong background in food service and guest relations Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and payment processing Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge that supports understanding of food preparation and presentation Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional customer service Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Previous host/hostess or nightclub serving experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
