Server's Role At Ottawa Brewing Company, a server is responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient dining experience in a full service restaurant, bar, and craft brewery setting. Servers guide guests through the menu, including house made beers, seasonal food offerings, and rotating features, while taking accurate orders and ensuring timely service from start to finish. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a friendly and professional presence for both local regulars and out of town visitors. Located in the heart of Ottawa, Ohio, our team values hospitality, teamwork, and a genuine connection with the community. Servers collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to provide a consistent experience and help create an environment where guests feel comfortable returning again and again. Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are key, as shifts include lunch and dinner service from Tuesday through Sunday in a fast paced, community focused setting.
