The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fine dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience, from taking orders to serving food and beverages with professionalism and care. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including specials and recommendations, to enhance guest experience. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while adhering to proper sanitation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Process payments accurately while providing excellent guest relations. Assist in training new staff members as needed and contribute to a positive team environment. Stand for prolonged periods of time. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and fine dining etiquette. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Proficient in time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment Must be able to anticipate guests needs. Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is preferred. Ability to maintain composure under pressure while providing exceptional service. Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding sanitation practices and presentation standards.
