Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests! Paid positions are available for both full-time and part-time applicants eager to make an impact. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing workstations Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service Follow all food handling protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant or café setting Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your dedication makes a difference!
