Job Description
L&S Kitchen & Lounge is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing outstanding hospitality, menu knowledge, and attentive service. We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering genuine Southern hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and daily specials Take food and beverage orders accurately Enter orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with kitchen staff Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Ensure guests are satisfied throughout their dining experience Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain clean and organized dining areas Assist with opening and closing duties Refill beverages, clear tables, and reset dining areas Promote specials, desserts, and featured menu items Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations Qualifications Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Experience using POS systems is a plus
