Duties Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables swiftly and accurately, maintaining presentation standards. Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting dining space for incoming guests. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surrounding surfaces. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing plates and utensils for efficient service. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay special requests or order modifications. Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation protocols at all times. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly valued. Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately. Experience in bussing, serving, or supporting banquet events is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary practices, or hotel guest services enhances your effectiveness in this role.
