WEEKENDS NEEDED

We are seeking applications for part time AM Bistro servers. The Bistro is a fast-casual in house dining concept that serves fresh made sandwiches, made to order eggs, fast casual bites and entrees. Courtyard also proudly brews Starbucks branded coffee drinks, as well as providing full bar service in the evenings. We serve breakfast and dinner every day of the week, and servers are also responsible for assisting in meeting room demands and banquet serving. Shifts start at 5:00am on weekday mornings and 4:00pm evening Weekdays. Weekend shifts 6am and 4:00pm, including holidays.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest needs and assist guests with special requirements. Take orders, and input payments into Micros POS, while maintaining proper accounting. Suggest and sell special or featured items. Prepare Bistro branded food items according to Marriott recipes and standards. Maintain accurate inventory and complete Marriott mandated checklists/charts as necessary. Ensure timely and correct delivery of ordered items. Bus tables, perform Lobby Sweeps, maintain service stations, stock coolers and prep area, and assist with dishwashing. Brew and serve Starbucks branded coffee items. Uphold excellent cleanliness standard and comply with local health codes. Ensure uniform and appearance is clean and professional. Manage time effectively to accomplish all duties within scheduled shift and have ability to handle multiple tasks. Must be a fast learner and can work on your own. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs and stand on feet for long periods of time. Must have reliable transportation, be to work on time, and have availability to work weekends. Experience in serving and banquets preferred but not required.
