Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience Support team members in food safety practices, sanitation protocols, and overall restaurant operations during busy shifts Skills Proven experience with food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclubs Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and payment processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume periods Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations within the food industry Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience in bussing tables, serving guests, hosting or hostess roles is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest relations and creating welcoming atmospheres Join us to be part of a lively team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
