We serve contemporary Italian cuisine with American influences—featuring handmade pastas daily, fresh seafood, steaks, and an extensive wine list—in an elegant yet warm and comfortable setting overlooking the Cuyahoga River. We are seeking experienced, professional, and guest-focused Servers to join our team and deliver the first-class hospitality our guests expect and deserve. Position Overview As a Server, you will create memorable dining experiences by providing knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly service in our high-volume, upscale restaurant. You will represent LockKeepers' commitment to excellence in every interaction. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by warmly greeting guests, presenting menus, and offering thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences Accurately take and efficiently serve food and beverage orders Actively upsell daily specials, wine pairings, and additional menu items when appropriate Arrange and maintain table settings; keep tables clean and tidy throughout service Deliver checks and process payments professionally and accurately Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service Adhere to all health department regulations, food safety standards, and company service guidelines Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Server (upscale, fine dining, or high-volume full-service preferred) Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service (Italian cuisine knowledge a plus) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills Professional appearance, positive attitude, and true passion for hospitality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable with strong time-management and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent; food safety certification (ServSafe) is a plus Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive hourly base pay + strong tipped earnings Flexible scheduling (lunch and dinner shifts) Employee meals and a supportive, dynamic team environment Opportunities for growth within the Savour Hospitality group Beautiful landmark location with one of the area's most scenic settings If you are a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and wants to be part of a well-respected Cleveland restaurant, we want to hear from you!
