Job Overview Join us as a Server / Waiter at our exciting new restaurant opening! About Us Bombay House is a brand-new, upscale Indian restaurant opening soon in the Polaris corridor. We're bringing elevated Indian dining to Westerville — warm lighting, rich gold-and-indigo interiors, a stunning backlit Gateway of India centerpiece, a full bar, lunch buffet, and a seasonal patio. We're building our founding service team now. Join us from day one and grow with us. What You'll Do Provide warm, attentive, knowledgeable service to every table Guide guests through our menu — explain dishes, spice levels, and ingredients, and make confident recommendations Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS Serve food and beverages, check back with tables, and anticipate guest needs Help guests with dietary questions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies) Handle payments and maintain your section's cleanliness Work as a team — run food, bus tables, and support your coworkers What We're Looking For Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred — if you know your dhokla from your dosa, your korma from your vindaloo, we want to talk to you Don't know Indian food yet but eager to learn? Apply anyway — we provide full menu training and tastings Prior serving experience preferred (1+ year is great, but attitude matters more) Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and available evenings and weekends Able to carry trays and stand/walk for full shifts Must be 19+ to serve alcohol (per Ohio law) Why Join Us — Real Growth Opportunities We are a new and growing restaurant, and we promote from within.
