Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join El Padrino team .The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing food orders and cash transactions. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in the food industry and enjoy working in a collaborative setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a positive dining experience. Process cash and credit transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, maintaining accuracy in cash handling. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and cashier station. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Uphold restaurant policies and procedures while providing exceptional service. Skills Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, with knowledge of kitchen operations being a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards. Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
