Provides food and beverage service to club members and guests in a fast-paced dining environment. Ensures excellent customer service while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.
Essential Duties:
Greet and seat guests. Take food and beverage orders. Enter orders into POS system. Deliver food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests. Process payments and close checks. Set up and clean dining areas before and after service. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with special events and banquets as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying trays.
Schedule:
Primarily dinner service (3:00 PM/4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) Thursday through Monday Sunday brunch service
