Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Infrasys Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to maintain a clean environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating arrangements and managing waitlists Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems is a plus Demonstrated culinary experience or food industry background is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability in upselling menu items to enhance sales performance Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Join us to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional service!
