Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to ensure a positive dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage to-go orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery using OpenTable or similar platforms Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, including bussing tables and food handling safety Assist with food preparation, kitchen support, or bussing as needed to support team operations Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate order processing Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that energizes the team This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating memorable experiences.
