The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding any changes or issues. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift. Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies regarding cash handling. Assist frontend with takeout orders as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, including host/sever experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or guest inquiries over the phone. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
