Banquet Server

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring full-time and part-time Banquet Servers to play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for guests attending banquet events. This position involves coordinating and serving meals and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 3 years of banquet serving experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to obtain a food handler's card. Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training. Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled banquet halls and potential exposure to smoke and noise on casino floors. Coordinate and serve all food and beverage items to banquet guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner. Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure legal drinking age. Uphold cleanliness standards for assigned service areas and shared spaces. Perform pre-bussing duties during the dining experience to maintain clean tables. Perform financial transactions and process guest payments accurately and efficiently (if applicable to the event).
