Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items by recommending specials or popular dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cashiering tasks Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety regulations and proper food preparation techniques Serving or host/hostess experience is beneficial for understanding guest flow and hospitality best practices Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Join our team if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
