Alchemy is a precision-driven cocktail bar focused on consistency, detail, and being kind. We think great service is just as important as great drinks. Our team operates with discipline, humility, and a commitment to being a part of people enjoying themselves in a shared space and leaving others better than we found them. We are looking for team members who value structure, teamwork, and kindness, not just technical ability. This is a bar focused on diligent prep behind the scenes, and precision on the bar top. Our goal is to be fun, to tinker, and sling cocktails with the best of them. Most importantly, our goal is to ensure anyone who spends their time with us feels like that time was spent well. Server Qualifications:

A+ communication and interpersonal skills 21 years old or older Prior serving experience preferred Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task without losing attention to detail Genuine and natural hospitality

Server Responsibilities and Expectations:

Greeting our guests at the door with warmth and hospitality, as the first contact point of Alchemy Pursuing our service standards with the goal of our guests feeling appreciated in mind You are just as much a host as you are a server. Your job is to present as a guide and host to first time visitors and regulars alike Guide guests through our menu with clarity and confidence, understanding our menu inside and out A natural, individual approach to our systems and standards A confidence in "protecting the experience". Learning and understanding how to pace when our guests arrive at their tables and when their drinks get to our bartenders as a high intensity concept Deliver efficient, calm, and kind service under pressure Ensure orders are entered correctly and on time Run drinks and food with awareness and presentation in mind Anticipate the needs of our guests and Alchemy as a whole during service, before being asked Continue to grow your service, spirit and cocktail knowledge Follow service steps and systems accurately Contribute to a low-ego, people-first environment Ability to problem solve with empathy, and communicate needs and service flow issues with management Follow opening, closing and sidework duties consistently Maintain a polished, professional appearance

Full Time/Part Time Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
