Responsibilities Greet guests warmly Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety regulations. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential. Background in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess roles, or guest services will support your success in this position.
Pay:
$15.00 - $40.00 per hour
