Full-Time About the Role WhiteHorseRanch is seeking a dependable, trustworthy individual to join our team as a Full-Time Kitchen Assistant. This role is essential to serving our clients with dignity, nutrition, and care every single day. Key Responsibilities Prepare, plate, and serve meals to clients in a timely, respectful manner Monitor and manage kitchen/food inventory; notify leadership of supply needs Follow all state and national food handling and serving guidelines Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements for food service Complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists and temperature logs Assist with meal prep, dishwashing, and general kitchen organization. Communicate respectfully with clients and staff.

Requirements Age:

Must be 21 years or older

Education:

High school diploma or

GED Required Certifications:

CPR, Crisis Prevention & Verbal De-escalation Training, and Cowgirl Up University certification required . All trainings are taught in-house, we'll certify you after hire.

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, bend, and move quickly in a kitchen environment. Must pass background check and drug screen Schedule Full-time hours. Schedule may include weekends and holidays based on client needs. Reliable attendance is a must.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
