Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments using cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong cash handling skills and basic math abilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
