Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expo to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared and delivered efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Deliver food to tables promptly and professionally. Handle all to-go orders , ensuring they are packaged, accurate, and ready for pickup or curbside. Provide support during peak service periods, including bussing tables and assisting with customer service needs. Communicate effectively with team members to streamline operations and resolve issues quickly. Ensure compliance with health regulations and best practices for food handling at all times. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments preferred. Familiarity with customer service principles and dining service practices. Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety regulations. Strong communication and teamwork skills to support efficient service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for delivering high-quality service and creating positive guest experiences.
