Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure efficient service Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Qualifications Previous restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or food service environments Strong knowledge of Toast POS system Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and guest relations Basic math skills for cash handling and bill calculations Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a lively environment.
