Full Time Summary:
Responsible providing excellent service, food and/or beverage and a fun, clean atmosphere to the Guests according to the standards and expectations.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino guests during service. 2. Responsible for receiving beverage and food orders from guests. 3. Responsible for prompt delivery of beverage and food orders. 4. Assist all guests as needed. 5. Assist bussing staff by pre-bussing guests' tables. 6. Responsible for keeping work areas and tables clean at all times. 7. Stay informed and up-to-date with daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions. 8. Comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance. 9. React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. 10. Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently. 11. Additional duties as required or assigned. #ind1 Education and Skills High school degree or GED preferred. 1 to 2 years serving in a high volume Food and Beverage environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Eighteen years of age or older.
