In this role, you will provide exceptional service while creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. From taking orders and delivering food to recommending menu items and ensuring guest satisfaction, you will play a key role in our restaurant's success. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming dining experience from arrival to departure. Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining presentation and service standards. Recommend menu items, specials, and add-on offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including bussing and resetting tables as needed. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Address guest questions, concerns, and requests professionally to ensure complete satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations during all shifts. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak business periods as needed. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
