Beverage Server

Job Summary If you like dealing with people in a social environment, where you can earn as much as you want if you have a service mindset and an enthusiastic attitude, than this is the job for YOU! Must be able to give excellent customer service while being courteous, efficient, and prompt in giving service for guests and be 21 years of age. Key Responsibilities 1. Taking and filling all beverage orders while being courteous, professional, and prompt while following all policies and procedures. 2. Maintain a neat and clean side bar station, cleaning the pop station, refilling and stocking items when needed. 3. Responsible for getting a bank, ringing up orders, keeping tips and handling paperwork as required by Company policies and procedures. 4. Responsible for positive outcomes on Health and Gaming Inspections. 5. Assist bartenders, barbacks, table games, and others when needed. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively at all times when dealing with guests , vendors, management, and co-workers. 7. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. 8. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience/Qualifications Educational/Experience:

High School diploma or GED and previous beverage serving experience preferred. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Wyandotte Nation Gaming License and an Oklahoma ABLE Liquor License. 1. Thorough knowledge and understanding of Oklahoma ABLE Liquor regulations. 2. Ability to count and make change according to policies and procedures. 3. Must be reliable, punctual, and cooperative/collaborative with co-workers and management. 4. Maintain a professional and even-tempered demeanor in a high stress environment. 5. Ability to work in areas containing high noise levels, secondhand smoke, and blinking lights. 6. Ability to read, write and understand English. Because we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require team members to be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. A typical workweek and normal work schedule may vary based on business needs and may include scheduled shifts.

$8.00 - $20.00 per hour
