Overview Must have full service restaurant serving experience. We are seeking an Experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns. Process payments accurately using cash registers and other payment systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest sales experience. Experience Previous experience in a server role is required. Familiarity with cash register operations is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food preparation processes can be beneficial for assisting kitchen staff.
