Breakfast Server Ashland, OR 97520 From $16 an hour - Part-time From $16 an hour - Part-time We are looking for a breakfast server to join our small growing restaurant family at The Winchester Inn here in Ashland. The perfect candidate is a charismatic and intelligent communicator with an innate sense of hospitality, the ability to multi-task and anticipate guest needs. The software used is Lightspeed. This would be an opening position.

Shift duties include:

Opening the building in the morning Setting up coffee and tea service for guests Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience Stocking and polishing of silverware and dishes Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners Serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous manner in accordance with company standards This position requires open availability. Qualifications 1-2 years of restaurant service experience is preferred. Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Able to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and manners. Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
