In this vital role, you will support the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are cleared promptly, dishes are delivered efficiently, and the overall flow of service remains smooth and lively. Duties Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist servers with food running duties, supporting timely service during busy hours Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware while maintaining cleanliness standards Support food preparation tasks as needed to facilitate smooth kitchen operations Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special requests to assist with guest inquiries Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in all aspects of service and handling Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper sanitation procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for processing orders or transactions Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during shifts Experience with bussing, food running, or banquet service is advantageous A background in hospitality, culinary arts, or hotel operations can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional guest service Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where teamwork shines and guest satisfaction is our top priority!
