The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, workstations, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and address any concerns promptly Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industries is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Clover etc Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences while honing your skills in a vibrant hospitality setting!
