In this role, you will create a memorable guest experience, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and be apart of a team that brings exceptional hospitality to the table. Your energetic presence and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such asToast and Resy. Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Resy and Toast, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or server with a focus on hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and teamwork Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant setting!
