Server/Cashier

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our team at a bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, process payments, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• will train non experienced people as well
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Operate cash registers to process transactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service within a restaurant setting
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Sales experience
• Basic culinary knowledge
