This is a great opportunity to join a new restaurant from the beginning and be part of a positive, fast-growing work environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure compliance with sanitation standards Support host/hostess duties during busy periods to ensure seamless guest flow Qualifications 21 years old or older Valid OLCC Alcohol Server Permit and Oregon Food Handler's Card Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Ability to work flexible hours including nights; prior nightclub or host/hostess experience is advantageous Compensation $16.30/hour + tips Location 11374 NE Evergreen Pkwy, Hillsboro, OR 97006 If you are interested, please apply through Indeed.
