Part-Time Server - Masu Sushi

Masu Sushi is looking for a part-time server to join its team!

Masu has been a Portland staple for over 20 years and specializes in expertly crafted sushi and regional Japanese cuisine. We're seeking a part-time server (days are negotiable). If you're passionate about hospitality and interested in Japanese cuisine, we'd love to hear from you.

As a server, you'll be the face of the dining experience guiding guests through our menu, answering questions about ingredients and preparation, and ensuring every visit is memorable. Day-to-day, you'll welcome guests, take food and beverage orders accurately, explain sushi menu items including rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and omakase offerings, relay any allergy information or dietary restrictions to the kitchen, deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, process payments and handle cash/card transactions, maintain cleanliness of your section, complete side work, and support fellow team members during service.

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is warm and personable with a genuine love of hospitality. Prior serving experience is required, preferably in a Japanese restaurant. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stay organized during busy service. How to
