This can be a fast-paced job and the successful server will be able to juggle multiple tasks at a time, have awareness of dining room and be efficient in order to provide the best customer service. Ability to resolve customer issues is a must and we provide protocols for that. Ensuring excellent customer service with exceptional friendly attitude and service is expected. Qualities to possess should also be able to take direction and willingness to go above and beyond for customer and co-worker.

Main tasks would be greeting and serving dine in customers, taking orders, serving plates, drinks, making shave ice, plating desserts, answering phones, managing 3 delivery app tablets, packing orders accurately, taking catering orders and closing out till. Closing duties also apply and willingness to jump in wherever is needed is helpful! Care and safety of all staff and guests are our highest priority. We have procedures in place to ensure this.
