Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments via POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and exceeding expectations Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable; experience with cashiering is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for billing accuracy and cash handling procedures Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant environment!
