Job Overview Are you looking for an exciting opportunity? The Colebrookdale Railroad is looking for Hospitality team members to join our staff. As a Hospitality Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that ensure a welcoming and efficient dining experience. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Many opportunites are within this award winning organization including, servers, dishwashing, snack bar attendant, ticketing agents, and more. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling protocols.
- Dish washing between excursions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices, food service operations, and food safety standards is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications are essential.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are necessary for providing excellent guest experiences.
